How many touches should a warm sequence include?

Plan a short LinkedIn sequence plus 3-6 emails. Stop when a prospect clearly opts out.

 

Most warm outreach sequences are compact. The focus is on building familiarity, then following up without overloading the inbox. Respect opt-outs to maintain deliverability and brand trust.


How to do it:

  • Day 1: LinkedIn connection or comment
  • Day 4: Email #1
  • Day 8: Email #2 (value-add)
