Terms and Conditions for Warm Reach Limited

Introduction
 

Welcome to WarmReach. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Warm Reach Limited (“WarmReach”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England & Wales with registered offices at 128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

WarmReach provides B2B lead generation services, including:

• Sourcing and verifying targeted contacts
• Copywriting and sending outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn
• Creating unique domains and mailboxes to maximise deliverability
• Managing campaign automation and reporting

We will reach out to up to 1,000 prospects per month on your behalf.

2 Minimum Commitment & Cancellation

• Our services require a minimum commitment of three (3) months (“Minimum Term”).
• After the Minimum Term, you may cancel at any time with 5 days’ written notice before your next billing date. No further payments will be taken after cancellation.

‍3. Fees & Payment

• Service fees are set out in your service agreement.
• Payments are processed monthly via GoCardless or another agreed method.
• Fees are non-refundable once campaign work has started.

4. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver your campaign effectively, you agree to provide:

• Accurate information about your company, goals, and target audience
• Timely responses to onboarding and briefing forms
• A designated contact person for approvals and campaign queries
• One or more LinkedIn accounts designated by the Client for use in LinkedIn automation.

5. Disclaimer & No Guarantees

We apply best practices in deliverability, data sourcing, and copywriting. However:

• We cannot guarantee specific lead numbers, meetings, or sales outcomes.
• Campaign success depends on factors outside our control, including your product/service, pricing, competition, and market conditions.

A lead is defined as a prospect who responds positively, refers a relevant colleague, or engages with your business as a result of our outreach.

6. Intellectual Property

• Campaign materials created by WarmReach remain our property.
• You retain ownership of your company’s trademarks, branding, and materials provided to us.

7. Liability

WarmReach is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
