Why do I need to commit for several months at once?

Our pricing is based on a monthly retainer. To get started, we ask for an initial three-month commitment. This timeframe allows us to evaluate the success of your campaigns effectively. Beyond this period, there’s no long-term obligation or contract, you can cancel on the same day. Our aim is to consistently deliver a service that you value and are happy to continue using.

How do you protect my domain reputation? Will my emails land in spam if we send too many?

We don’t send outreach emails from your primary domain, as doing so can harm your domain’s reputation. Instead, we create secondary domains that redirect to yours, and set up dedicated mailboxes for sending emails. This ensures your main domain stays protected, even if there’s an issue with the secondary domains. Additionally, by using multiple domains, we can safely scale the volume of emails sent.

What visibility do I have on the process? Do I get to see the messages and who you’re reaching out to?

Once we draft the initial emails, we’ll send them to you for review. We won’t send anything without your approval. You’ll also receive the list of prospects we plan to reach out to, so if you’re not satisfied with the targeting criteria, we can revise the list until you’re happy.

How do I see what’s going on with my campaign? Is there a way to see the number of emails you sent, the number of replies, and other tracking metrics?
