When you request an initial free strategy call, we’ll send you a form to help us understand your ideal customer profile. During the call, we’ll present a tailored strategy to find the right customers for your business.

WEEK 1 & 2 — BUILD INFRASTRUCTURE

During the first 2 weeks, we set up your email infrastructure, including secondary domains and mailboxes, and warm them up. Simultaneously, we build your lead lists and draft your email and LinkedIn sequences. We will send the copy to you for approval.

WEEK 3 — LAUNCH LINKEDIN WARMING

We launch the LinkedIn campaign on week 3 to start warming potential prospects.

Do I need to commit for several months at once?

Our pricing is based on a monthly retainer. To get started, we ask for an initial three-month commitment. This timeframe allows us to evaluate the success of your campaigns effectively. Beyond this period, there’s no long-term obligation or contract. Our aim is to consistently deliver a service that you value and are happy to continue using.

How do you protect my domain reputation? Will my emails land in spam if we send too many?

We don’t send outreach emails from your primary domain, as doing so can harm your domain’s reputation. Instead, we create secondary domains that redirect to yours, and set up dedicated mailboxes for sending emails. This ensures your main domain stays protected, even if there’s an issue with the secondary domains. Additionally, by using multiple domains, we can safely scale the volume of emails sent.

What visibility do I have on the process? Do I get to see the messages and who you’re reaching out to?

Once we draft the initial emails, we’ll send them to you for review. We won’t send anything without your approval. You’ll also receive the list of prospects we plan to reach out to, so if you’re not satisfied with the targeting criteria, we can revise the list until you’re happy.

How do I see what’s going on with my campaign? Is there a way to see the number of emails you sent, the number of replies, and other tracking metrics?

We provide you with a client login to our sending platform, giving you full access to key metrics such as:

Number of emails sent
Percentage of emails opened
Percentage of positive replies

Beyond this, we also track important data like your email-to-lead ratio and contact-to-lead ratio, and further enrich the results to help identify your top-performing target segments.
